Getting bank customers to switch to online banking versus other channels can save financial institutions billions. However, this can be easier said than done. I prefer online banking as opposed to actually stepping foot inside a branch office. Typically speaking my days are filled enough as it is. If there are things I can knock off my to do list on my phone or computer great! I do however want the option to be able to speak with a local teller if I so need to.
